ok, a few pics of this awesome ride (i love this car)... 289 under the hood...front brake disks, "h" pipe, and thats it, almost original we want it original because in Mexico we can get special plates like antique car but i guess that isnt going to happen because of the "h" pipe and the front brakes disk ooh and the color too...but it doesnt matter... we're havin a little problem with the hydraulic power steering, isnt workin' properly i hope we can fix it soon... Maybe the engine isn't very powerfull but we've beaten lots of cars...actually the other day a brand new mustang was trying to race me, all i did was reving up the mav, and he just go away...i was like lol! your car is more powerfull dude! the first picture and the second one were taken 8 months ago it was the second time we paint it... the third and the fourth were taken 3 months ago with my cellphone while i was washing it... i'll upload more...=)
Nice looking car. And that 289, is it really a 302? It just might blow a couple mustangs off the road. LOVE that green paint!
Well Luis, it was worth getting your first 10 posts in order to get us your photos. Very nice indeed - I like the color
Looks great! I think that's the first 4 door Mav I've ever seen in Mexico. Was this originally a Mexican car, or did someone bring it from the US?
Awesome color! I got family out in Jalisco.. I'm sure you could give a couple of Mustangs a good run!
yes it's the mexican one, the car has been with us 37 years...=) my father always took care of the car, so it was kind of easy to restore it....and yes i've seen a lot of mavericks but most of them have 2 doors...its kind of funny but i dont like the 2 door's mavericks...
thanks! i think this weekend im gonna take a ride on the car, and im gonna take more pics.. its green (lol)... the person who painted make his own color...
