SO you used the stock lower a arms, and used fox/SN95 spindles this would be alot easier then just build a mount for the rack

thats my plan,i beleive the late 90,s escort will work best, steeda makes the coil over kit w qa1 springs, you just have to modify the upper mount area, you already have the doner car to graf the top plate.

That is the type of setup I was thinking about doing too.

im planning on doing something similiar in my 77. ive got a donor car and a welder haha. i figure i can build it how i want it. i just want to be able to run a rear sump oil pan. plus the fox stuff gives you a lot of options for brakes and struts. good luck.

It is nice having a welder handy. Helps with the tinkering. Has anyone thought about modifying an aftermarket fox body k-member? Seems like that would be easier to manipulate than a stock one, though would cost a bit more.

It died because he moved forward on it and included it in his build thread. I plan on doing the same but I am still in the air on what I want to use for lower arms. I already have the spindles and coilover kit, just need to get going on it.

Way back in the project section. The car went through many renditions and was sold off with an LS in it. All of the pictures are gone so if you find it all there will be is the descriptions of what he did.
