I know, many of you have already seen this and/or heard of it, and hopefully, I am not breaking any rules by posting a cropped shot of the magazine article.

But here goes...All fully completed entries will be included in the magazine.

If it ever stops raining and freezing here, I plan on taking advantage of this deal.

Mods, feel free to delete if I have crossed any legal or ethical boundaries. Dock me a couple of infraction points if you have to. I am just trying to get the mav/com name out there in the mags.

I still think it's kinda cool, but who do you think they will choose over the other.......... a Maverick or a Camaro for a story.

These are both my sentiments, exactly. Too many camaros, never a maverick. If a couple of us do the work, there will be at least a couple mavericks in there.

Even the editors periodically state "we love mavericks, but you never see them." and they are always "threatening" to build up a maverick. But never do.

Our mavs and comets are WAY underexposed. If we put a couple nice ones out there, maybe they will ask for more info and do a story on one of them. (not mine, of course, not pretty enough for pics in a magazine...)

I subscribe. They had an article on a MAV about a year and a half ago. They also did an article on less common cars that are good candidates for projects and rated them on things like availability, "cool factor", part availability, and the mav/com was listed and scored above average in coolness amongst the cars covered.

To reiterate, there will be no "choosing" between a camaro and a maverick. If you fill out the application correctly and provide decent pictures, your car WILL make the magazine.

Yes, that is why I posted the rules from the magazine. I thought it would be a total kick in the head if we could get 6 or 8, or even 15 mavericks into one magazine.

Get them a little more seen and maybe bring the desireability and value up???

Not that this is why I may do it, I just want to see my own car on print.
