    My restore 70 has input 24 out 28..
    tag PEB D
    DODPAF4
    decod it is 70 tranny but the 28 ?:huh:
    Most research ...in24 out 26
    No tranny can't do this...:drive:

    New research

    Found some info saying maybe 70 Bronco...
    Maybe used for both but bronco had 26 in spline
    So I'm still lost for now..:hmmm:

    1966 Mustang, 1972, 73, 73 and 73 Mavericks
    It is from a 1970 Maverick with a 170 or 200" six.
    The input shaft has 26 spline count on the converter end and 24 on the transmission end. The number of splines on the output shaft is the same as all the Mavericks, Comets, Falcons and most Mustangs.
