I'm having trouble installing my ESPO polyurethane front leaf spring bushings. The bushings pressed in tight to the spring eye but are too wide to go in the bracket. Any one else have a similar experience or suggestions?

Mine were the same way, I just got them stared and tapped them in with my dead blow hammer.

    Poly spring bushings

Mine were too wide also, I just took a belt sander to them on their big ends put a little slickem on them and they went right in.
