    Hi guys, i have a 76 Mav here in México and i'm having problems with my gauges (anything works saying the truth :(), so i'm thinking to do some mods, starting trying to get the original ones (almost impossible to get a working one here where i live :hmmm:) up to making a brand new custom fiber glass cluster where i can install aftermarket ones. I just love some speedometer and tachometers of the Submmit and Autometer catalog, but import it to my country it's really expensive (the gob add a 40% product price in a some kind of import tax :shocked:), anyway i can easily get all the gauges but a speedometer, i gess have to import that one and pay for an Autometer simply one like about 400 Dlls, worth it all that money :thumbs2:.

    So i need your help to get images or pics of some examples on mavs for inspiration and see how look the final work to make my mind :hmmm:, every option works for me but to restore the original one because it's so old than dust it with a touch, even put it one from another ford o any other car.

    I thank you everybody for make this amazing, helpfull and friendly community, i'm a kind of "do yourself" mav lover, so you make my day with all yours articles and post. Here, in my country, we are very warm, so a :Handshake and a hug for everybody.

    By the way, forgive my english, i can talk it, and read it well, but when i have to write it, my grams hide it self in a dark corner in my mind, :rofl2:.

    @maverick75

    Estan de pelos, si ya los habia visto en ese thread, y estan de pocas tuercas, incluso ya visité su web, pero si estan algo caros para mi presupuesto, sin embargo para un futuro a lo mejor no tan lejano podría darle ese lujo a mi mav, jejeje. Gracias

    These are amazing
    , but to expensive for me :cry:, maybe in some future i can give it to my mav, jejeje

    In a high performance pontiac issue(june 2010), page 63-there is a complete run down on gauge repair and upgrade to include dash and lens repair. the company doing this is AUTOINSTRUMENTS. 1-877-450-0110
    WWW.AUTOINSTRUMENTS.COM a lil pricey if you ask me. however, if your looking for that real original look, and you want it right the first time- you should check them out.
