    I wonder how the feedback will be like, ive never driven a car with a integral powerbox.

    with the hydraulic assist ram setup i get like 0 road feedback,
    and i dont like it...

    I think the price isn't that bad either if you really want power steering...or you could just change it all out and put in a rack and pinion system. :)

    There is a very good article in Modified Mustangs and Fords this month on these boxes. You do have to cut the steering shaft and column a bit to make room for the larger box. Looks like it should be a lot better than the crap they put on these cars from the factory.

    You can buy just the box if you want for $550.00 plus $75 for the hoses in case you already have a pump. I think the rag joint from our cars should fit this box.

    Power steering conversion box for 1964-1977 Ford Mid-Sized cars with 1-1/8" sector shaft. Remanufactured modern power steering box with a 11/16"-36 spline input shaft and a 16:1 ratio.

    wounder what vehicle they got the core from?
