Maverick73 ... Here are some pic's ... I don't have the front ones on yet because I haven't been able to get the car down to the alignment shop yet and don't want to screw up me new tires ...
Thanks for the pics Dan the car looks excellent. P.S. did you put a lift kit or Air shocks on the rear? just wondering because I like the stance let me know what you did please. Thanks Maverick73
i see. it's the old "wet the car down trick", that always makes the paint look new. ...frank...:bananaman :bananaman
... Actually I took it out to wash off two months of Garage Dust ... I assure you it is thoroughly dry in the picture
i like the stance too . it will prob. change when the front slots are put on. it is an "eye " thing now ...frank...p.s. what did your son say when you told him about the scratch?
O and let me know if that's how the rear looks regular or did you use a lift kit or Air shocks? Thanks Maverick73
That's really looking nice. I'm a BIG fan of the slots. Got some originals for mine and then found out they won't fit over the new disc brake conversion. Oh well...I'll just admire yours for a few hours.
I have 4-leaf springs in the back and V8 Springs in the front with 1 coil cut off. Stock shackles and shocks. I bought the V8 front springs from ESPO and it sat so high it looked like there was no engine in the car so had to cut it down ... FYI ... Factory Ford slots will clear Factory Ford front disc brakes ... BiG Al you must be running some aftermarket stuff ...
Switched to '74 Mav discs with 11" rotors and the 14x6 doesn't seem to fit without bangin' into the caliper. Is there something I'm missin'?
