Full details are still being worked out, but just to let you all know:

    Dearborn, Michingan July 20-24, 2011

This will be a real fun event in a real fun location. Lots of things to see and do in Dearborn. Henry Ford Museum, Ford World Headquarters, and other great sites of interest. Lots of options for things to see and do. (The MCCI is all about options.)

Like I said, details are still being worked out and will be announced real soon. All we know right now is the "where" and "when".

So all you Michigan Mavericks and Comets...get ready!!

Craig; do you have a date yet? Is it going to be close to the Dream Cruise date?

When you talk about things to do make SURE you go on a tour of the Rouge Plant. This is where the Mustang was made for a million years. I was a pipefitter there for 37 yrs and believe me it's amazing. Their are a ton of cruises around Dearborn so people will have something every night. There are a few guys on here that live in Dearborn, Westland, Detroit, Livonia and I think Warren so it should be great. I know it's an hour from me but I'll be at what ever is going on. I really look forward to meeting the people on this forum and seeing their cars ! ! ! ! ! ! To see alot of Mav's and Comets will make me one happy :bananaman

The Roush Collection (Jack's personal car museum) is just down the road from Dearborn in Livonia. It is well worth a field trip. Tours of the Roush assembly plant where they build the Mustangs can be arranged also.

Just a few ideas for the event planners...

PS...Effie saw this and said "the first thing we would need is an invitation". she's such a funny little woman...:rofl2:
