Recently bought this car... its painted like a grabber but I don't think it was originally one... Figure its a nice start of a project.

I went into this thinking a lot of mustang parts would interchange but im learning thats not the case... floorboards are different so the racing seats and tracks I have didnt fit. Saw a thread that the rear frame rails are different looks like they will need some attention in the future. And that stang subframe connectors don't fit without spacers either.

The day after these pictures were taken my dad was checking it out. I went to go to the parts store and on my way the hood came up and destroyed itself into the roof. Ive ordered a hood from Maverick man to fix that.

A few things that I want to do to this car are
    1. 408w I've had the local machine shop building me one for about 2 years now.
    2. t-5 swap
    3. This car has power steering but it leaks like a sive so I want to go manual but I can't find the parts I need anywhere.
    4. Tcp front suspension, mustang steve 13 inch cobra brake swap, 17x9 cobra Rs all the way around, subframe connectors, and maybe a 4 link rear setup in the far future.

Anyway let me know what you think of it and I'm eager to become part of this community.

Yeah its a grabber hood. Maverick man sells a mean carbon fiber grabber hood but its a bit pricey. I don't know if a 408w will fit under a grabber hood tho. So I want to convince him to ship me a cowl hood.

With any amount of traction, A T-5 will be very short lived behind a 408w.

    The car looks nice though.

:Welcome:to the forum - I'm from just north of Hazleton

Very nice car - I work for a pipeline and I'm around the Easton area from time to time - in fact, I'll be down there tomorrow morning - maybe I'll run into you driving your Maverick around someday :tiphat:
