YOU SIR ALREADY KNOW YOU ARE WELCOME HERE ANYTIME! I will have the bourbon flowing. For beer just give me a call. Now for the repairs to my bucket, that will take a few paychecks. but it is doable to have this car up and running by feb 16th. And you gotta know that would put a smile on my face:burnout:

Ryan, I dig what your saying. i had all summer to get it together but no funds. the motor and the front end and fuel tank are my big issues. if i can pull that off,the car will be there.

I agree with Ryan on this one, a bonded title is a pretty inexpensive little hastle process. I think I paid under 100.00 for the last one I did.

As for all the repairs, that barely looks like a weekends worth of work with motivation:bouncy:

I can come down there sometime mid January for a day or 2 and we can get the majority of it done so you just have to tie up some loose ends and make the meet driving the car;)

In other news, my maverick should be fired up by the first of the year on its way home:drive: after many years of sitting. Paint will not be complete by the meet but I will polish the turd best I can LOL.

Ryan please send me the information on the meet, if I can get the car to run under 10.90 I will run super street at the divisional, but will try and make it without the car if done early at Firebird. I only live about 5 miles from that car show. I will bring the car if i don't go to Firebird. My E-mail is mbong66@yahoo.com

    Hello Ryan,
My wife has given me the thumbs up, so as long as my daughter does not have a basketball game that saturday, we are planning to make it. She just got her learners permit (15 years old) and this is the car we are fixing up for her, so I need to get it on the road ASAP in either case. Got the stoneguard painted, clearence lights cleaned and installed and back valence fixed today, so looks like I should have it road-ready in another 2-3 weeks, not done, but driveable. We will trailer it over, but should be able to tool around a bit. Is there room for a haul vehicle and carhauler trailer to park at the car show site as well?
The yellow car is hers, 72 grabber, the purple-ish car is mine, 69.5 mav.

Thanks, look forward to meeting you all, and see Don Graham again.

Oh and Farmall, there is a lot across the street from the old Safeway lot that looks like it will work fine for trailers. I am keeping that in reserve myself just as a backup.
