Actually, with the trade winds that blow across the state, the humidity is much less than in Kentucky. As to the love bugs, they only appear twice a year, once in May and again in September. You just need to get them off your paint within 24 hours or they are part of the paint job. In the Winter, temps are 30-40 degrees warmer than Kentucky with Summer temps about the same.

I can't believe I am considering moving back to my home town in Kentucky. The power of a woman, I guess!

Makes me laugh that anyone would put up with ridiculous weather like that. :16suspect

We're LUCKY to get 1 or 2 days of snow a year here in Atlanta. You can keep you boring, retardedly hot desert, I'll keep the grass on my lawn, 4 full seasons and relatively mild temperatures year round. We sure as hell don't need anymore people coming here. LOL

When you're born into it, it's no big deal.

Your right. No big deal. Now if I had to put up with the Southern Summers that would do me in. Dont care for the real hot weather. My buddy moved to NC for a few years and the Summers damn near killed him at work. Hes back home Ice fishin with me now.:)
