    Lookin' very good. :thumbs2:

I like the color, and for non-factory stripes, they are top-notch. They really flow well with the car. That is a lot more difficult to pull off than a lot of folks realize.

I like the white top, too. It is a very bright color and that helps provide some balance.

If there is one thing I would change :hide: (don't hate me here, you asked for opinions... ), it would be to make the mirrors the same color as the body. In white, they kind of jump off the car at you. Take one of your pictures into Photoshop and do a color change there. I think you'll like what you see.

The car looks great. Its good to see somebody doing a different color. And I like that you kept with the vinyl top. I agree on the mirror, would look better body color. If you look at the passenger side with no mirror and then the drivers side with the white mirror, you see the white distracts from the lines of the car. I like the seat too, got the colors of the car without going overboard. Can't wait to see more of it as it comes togethor.

What have you decided on for wheels?

I really like the paint scheme, stripes on hood and sides follow the lines of the car very well. It's very hard to get a new design to look right and I think you did just that. Nice work and yes good set of wheels are going to make all the difference. Curious what your plans are Keystone Classics w/gray just popped in my minds eye for some reason.

took the liberty of photochopping the classic quick job to get the pic out of my head, if you want to try any other wheel just let me know i'll give ya a free chop :) That car is just crying for the classics though imo.

I am very impressed and I know it might notlike it, but I wish you shared the colors info with me. I am looking for that tone of colors for my 75 and I think that they would go just right with the big bumpers on it. I also agree with the coment on the mirrors. It would be a perfect completion once they are the same color as the lower part of the car.:thumbs2:

WHAT! that is so awesome what you did in Photoshop I appreciate it. This gives me an nice idea. As for the color I mixed it myself so it would be impossible to get the EXACT same color even for me. I'll get the codes together and write out an instructional on how to get close though.

haha okay i feel like such a conformist but im going to go ahead and repaint the mirrors today. thanks for all the input. ill post pics when im done.

I installed mirrors on both sides but i know what you mean.
As far as wheels go, im leaning towards a classic original.

I like it. What was your inspiration for those stripes? So often when somebody tries to do a custom stripe like that it doesn't compliment the body lines, or something else is "off" about it, but those look good.

to be honest with you it boiled down to hours of trial and error. i ran the tape in the form that i originaly wanted and then tweaked it from there. i wanted to try to design something that i have never seen before on a muscle car before.
