    finally got my engine together minus valve covers. here are some pics of it and some other random ones of my project

    Great lookin engine and car. Looks like vry little rust. We live pretty close. Maybe I bring my car down and let you do my meak engine. LOL:biglaugh:

    No, they are the 351w headers from crites restoration

    Thanks for the replies


    I have not installed the engine and headers in the car yet so I can't give you any first hand in put on the clearance, but I've seen a few pics of the headers installed and they look to have good clearance. With these headers you will still have to modify the shock towers alittle bit, you have to cut out the center rib on them. They give you a template with them to mark where you need to cut and they also give you the metal template that you weld in place of what you've cut out. The other thing with these headers that you will need is a 90 degree adapter or relocation kit for the oil filter because they come so close to the block where the filter come out.
