The ones on the Mav have studs on top just like the originals and also have studs on the bottom for my ladderbar setup. I am pretty sure they make them for a stock Mav also and I think Summit/Jegs carries them. http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=68819&page=2
comp engineering makes some. They work ok depending on your budget and use. I'm going with AFCO this time around though. Much nicer and more adjustments, just cost a lot more!
i wish i could aford some double adjustable shocks right now but that just way out side my budget right now. i currently have some old gabrial red riders and they just dont controle the rear. i raced last weekend and the rear of the car would roll back then quickly unload. im thinking i may try some rancho shocks like calvert racing recomends.
We just did a 72 camaro with Calvert's rancho shock, split monoleaf, and caltrak set up. They work great. I've also used a set of 15 dollar Carquest shocks on the rear and went 1.36 for 60' times. It's all in how its set up!
