Well it took almost a year but I finally got my belly bar. LOL. Gave one slightly rusty to my buddy at work in the body shop to copy for me. It made its way to numerous people who never got it made up. Even to an old fellow a couple of hours from here that remembered making these for Ford 40 years ago. Anyhow after that all fell through my buddy Tim got some steel sent over and they made this by hand. Couldnt find anyone with a small enough bender around here. It turned out much better than I expected. Its a lot heavier steel than factory but thats OK. It matches up perfect to the factory bar dimension wise. Hes making one more for me tomorrow thats going to my buddy Larry for lending me his old one to copy. I figure after a year I owe him that. Just noticed our pup got in the pic. Guess she likes it.
