I've got 275/60/15 and they barely fit, running 8" wheels with a 1/4 inch spacer and rolled fender lips. Not sure if the wider aspect would allow the increased height?

Mine are 26X10.5-15 on 8" rims. They appear pretty close to 245/60-15, and have plenty of room.

Never heard of anyone getting anything 295 wide under the fenders without rubbing (stock, no mods). The sporadic 275, plenty of 255, and pretty much all 245.

If there was only some sort of DATABASE where we could keep track of other people's wheel and tire combos... oh wait.... http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=76451 :biglaugh:

Alas, the widest so far is 275 in the rear. I think there are a few wider tires floating around, but those probably have fender/rear end modifications.

I have 255/60/15 and no problem fitting it but had to roll the lips with my old springs. With the new leaf springs there is no rubbing.
I was able to fit Bryant's 275/60/15 and it actually cleared everything but this was with the new 4 leaf springs and he had the tires mounted on weld drag lites which I believe had more offset than my rims.

The tires I have on it right now are 255/70/15 and it looks like I still have good room to add

Ok so im guessing we can only fit 275 into our rear stock well as the biggest?

I run 295x50x15 on both maverick that I own, 8 inch wide wheels and 4" backspace.BTW not M/T et's.... but,295 do fit with the right back spacing .... for the track, with good safety margin 26/10/15 et's for tire growth.
