    Hey guys,
Just thought I would share my progress with my car and what needs to be done with it.
Remember I drive the car as much as I can. And it has 148,267 miles and going strong!!! Will always be and is a driver.

To finish up drive train, I need to replace the pulley for the A/C and charge it up again. Small tranny leak, just needs a gasket. Want to replace the exhaust pipe with stainless steel, and maybe get new mufflers. Like the sound of my current mufflers so unsure if I want new ones.

Body is pretty much complete, it has an old paint job. I would say 6.5/10. Looks great from 10ft away. I painted it 10 years ago. So there are nicks and chips, but hard to see unless you are really looking. Just had the door jams, trunk jams, and under the hood painted just to freshen it up a bit. Also need to replace the rubber on my front bumper.

Interior is also almost complete, need to replace a/c ball "which is on its way". The dash "which is on its way also. And the seats need reupholstered, Any Idea's on what type of pattern or style??? Maybe show me what you have done??? I do like my seat covers, maybe I will do them like that. lol.
Going to have the seats and dash reupholstered in a few months so that will be done.

Other then that everything is rebuilt, fixed, or finished.

    Here are the pics.

Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
nice... but this car great color! ;)

but your car is confusing me... lol! looks like a 73 LDO built in 72. but it doesn't look like a LDO because some trim is LDO and others aren't. so what was this car originally?

Your guess is as good as mine!!! I am the second owner and everything is original or replaced with the exact part. I think because it was built in late 72 and they were just using up any left over parts at the plant.
The old man I bought it from told me he got it new and he taught his mother how to drive with it. When I bought it had around 76,000 miles. Looked super sharp just worn out. All I really done to it was overhaul the engine and tranny, replace the carpet, added seat covers, and painted it. I would say 90% of it is still orginal parts.

It is a unique car for sure.

Just to compare, this is what it looked like when I bought it in 2000-2001. Didn't have a paint job then.

This is after the paint job and rims.
