I have 6 lights in the back for turn signals and 2 in front. So when I signal a turn 4 go off. I replaced the 6 in the rear first and everything worked great. Today I replaced the 2 in front and the turn signals dont work. I attribute this to the fact that the lights have very little load, next to nothing and the flasher is old school.

I did this because I dont want to replace my alternator. Between the electric water pump, two electric fans and everything else I got going on, my cart is drawing alot of power and I find myself charging the battery every couple times I take her out for a spin.

I got an electronic flasher and everything works when I have 4 way flashers on but not for the right or left.

Am on the the right track to get a no load LED flasher?

    Thanks

Probably on the right track. I have led tail lights and it's one of the Mustang Shelby kits. It came with it's own flasher. I dont remember what it looks like but I'll see if I can figure out what it is and vet back with you.

I found out that some name brand LED's don't wanna play together with other name brand LED's. They will do weird things or do nothing at all...and never do what you tell them to do.

I put leds in my car, and they still didn't work with a electronic flasher. I found the ones in the front weren't as bright as the regular bulbs.

You can add a resistor to increase the load for the flasher.

there are two flashers. one for the hazards and one for the turn signals. you replaced the hazards and not the turn signals.

Bryant and everyone, I found the turn signal flasher way up above the parking brake. I put an electronic flasher in and works like a champ. Now I need to get an electronic flasher for the 4 ways and I'll be set.

Out of curiosity, why don't you want to replace the alternator? You can pick up GM style one wire ones relatively cheap. You get more amps and you eliminate quite a bit of clutter from the engine bay.

I didnt want to fart around finding the right alternator, everything was working just fine. Also I did nit know what issues I would have getting it aligned with the pulley. I only have a single pulley now for the alternator and it all works good.

The conversion to LEDs did it.now I'm at 12volts with all lights on at idle and 13 volts or a little higher at speed.
