You've got me on this one, I'm out of ideas on what options I wouldn't use.

There are a few more I can think of, but everyone could use them.

    Okay....another hint:

If the Ford Dealer ever supplied an optional doggie dish for the Maverick....and your puppy dog was drinking his water in the backseat.....this part would qualify as a correct answer.

But....I'm pretty sure there was not Maverick doggie dishes....so keep guessing...and I'll post the answer tonight if noone gets it sooner. :rofl2:

You're actually getting pretty warm there with the seat belt guess.

Great question Scooper! That part of the question, was the best hidden hint!

I struggled to word this Trivia question properly, and it still ended up being a little sloppy on the logic....but here's the explaination:

Anyone could have said that they personally could have used the child seat years before they owned their Maverick....when they were a child...so I tried to word the question in a way that would insure the Maverick owner could not be currently using this part....

...because if you have driven a Maverick for at least 5 miles that week....you certainly should not be a child, that would fit into a child seat!

So anyone able to currently drive their Maveirck, would be able to use this part, but not personally use this part, that was not designed with the intent of them personally. It was designed for a child using it. So the wording made the question harder to answer.

I picked the number 5, in case someone said their parent let them drive the car for a few feet....doubtful a kid would be driving for 5 miles.

If I would have mentioned anything about a child in the question....it would have been a dead giveaway....and I know the child seat option was obscure....so I wanted to make people have to dig and search, just for the fun of it! :burnout:

Demo guessed the correct answer on his earlier post.

Scooper asked about the goofy wording of the trivia question, and I explained how the "driving 5 miles" was part of the best hidden hint! :D

I know who has an NOS one, for over $ 750.....(these were the early 73-77 style) but I don't think anyone wants to pay that much, for that obscure of a part.

I'm sure someone has a picture of it, in one of the old Brochures.
