Thanks. My Maverick came with the same caps as yours. I Like both of your cars.
I had a 63 Ford just like yours when I was in High School. I loved that car.
It was Inline 6 with a 2 speed auto when I bought it. Changed it to a 289 with 3 speed auto. Then 390 with 3 speed auto. Wish I still had it. My dad sold it. Tickets..Tickets..Tickets.

I had a yellow Maverick with poverty caps.

Thanks ; The 63 was my High School car also . It has a 289 with a 3 on the tree. really fun car to drive. Also 289 with glasspacks and side exits ; sounds really clean and loud. I want more power though ; so ive been debating on what type of engine / trans combo.. 390 / auto , 289 sc / 4spd , or 460 / auto or stick..As for the mav I would keep it with the six just to save gas. plus it sounds clean an quiet. The six is such a great motor! Also about the hubcaps; i saw this on photobucket..

So John, why the sudden fascination with poverty caps? Do tell...
