There is one locally that is pretty well picked over. It is a 4 door with a blue interior. Going to look at it for some parts this weekend.
Being in a metro area, our big yards here cycle through cars pretty fast. They have them in the yard for a month or two, and crush them. 15 years ago, I could stumble upon a Mav or Comet in about every two to three months or so. A couple of years ago, it was maybe one per year. Lately, it has been about one every six months. I think the economy has to do with it ... "would-be" projects meet reality, and get towed out of the backyard. Still, every one I have run into lately was really done for... pretty rusty for here. Nothing like up north though ... ... that is why you don't find them there.
I got diverted today, primarily due to rain, secondarily due to the wife having other ideas. If you need something, I will be heading back there tomorrow.
