Searched the forums and found a lot of information but now curious about brands. Just for street driving, anyone have a favorite? I'm seriously looking at these: http://www.generalspringkc.com/index.php?p=catalog&parent=105&pg=1&gclid=CJ3M95DCwqsCFZFU7AodiyduuA
Let me know when you do. I figure that I'll be replacing mine over the next 2 months along with a few other things that need to be done in the rear underside.
I have them on my car and I like them, a little stiffer but will prevent sag when people ride in the back seat.
Any thoughts on painting the new replacement springs? I was looking at the old ones and they are very rusty. So I was thinking about treating and painting the new replacement ones to prevent future rusting. Not sure if it is necessary as I haven't bought them yet but was just curious.
I have the same springs, mine sits really high now... I'm going to drive it for a while with a full tank of gas and stuff in the trunk, but I'm thinking a set of 1 or 2 inch lowering blocks are in my future...
