Strut Rods

    I seem to have trouble getting the passenger side rod off. The driver side rod broke and came off easily, but the one that is not broken wont seem to budge. I got the bushings and two underside bolts off... Where do I go from here?

    Did you remove the bolts/nuts that hold it to the lower control arm?

    The bolts in the lower arm are splined and press into the arm. Sometimes you need a BFH.

    The bolts are pressed into the strut rod...not the LCA.

    Yep, but I thought I recalled that the splines on the bolts were also captured in the LCA?
