My first car was a 1961 Studebaker Lark station wagon. Smoked like hell, used more oil than gas, but I loved it. Sure would like it back, but it was a cube the last time I saw it.

    72 'Cuda. Rolled it after 2 months when I was 16. Then I got my first Maverick, a '73 with a 302. I've had a Maverick ever since, and I'm 46 now.

Wow two others had 71 cuda`s, that was my first car at fifteen. Paid 1400 dollars for it in 1977 with 46k on it. My wife still likes to tell the story about when I had to crawl out a bathroom window to go cruising with her on a restricted license.

I mentioned earlier that mine was a 68 Mustang with some Shelby parts. I tracked down the original owners address on the internet and sent him a letter with a pic of the car I scanned. This was what it looked like in the 70s when my dad bought it.
