Yeah I did, I was just being sarcastic because the very first post said how long before we see a coyote in a mav. This thread is about a year and a half old. Thus my sarcastic response that it took a year and a half before we saw it done. I'm actually surprised it was this quick! I think most of us are either cheapskates or just broke and can't fund a project like this all at once

Frank I humbly apologize for not getting my 4.6l swap done.....the last 3 years have been one helluva fight. I got clean from drugs, fought off mrsa and mrsa based pneumonia.....mrsa is a super staff infection that is nasty nasty nasty.....it is very hard to get rid of.....I got it in the hospital that time I had systemic poison ivy including in my lungs.....they wiped out ,my immune system on steroids and antibiotics....and ever since I felt tired, ran fevers get these boils I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy(I almost lost my right arm from just past the elbow as they wanted to amputate it cuz it went septic with mrsa) Anyways I became a recluse for almost a year and could not work and I am way to proud to accept any kind of handouts be they government or personal. In fact I became homeless for roughly 6mths. I lost everything but my life and my maverick. You know what though Frank. I wouldn't have it any other way. Cuz I know I am a real man. I am still standing I made it through an ordeal that would have crushed most people spirits and prolly taken their life. In a short 7mths I have accomplished much and I am not about to slow down. I got a high paying job again, got my wife back, got a new 89 bronco to play with and I am shopping for an 88 tbird turbo coupe as I promised myself if i lived I would get me one just like I had back when i was 18-22, still workin on the mav, and I did it all by myself I never had to ask anybody for a damn thing and I never will. I wish more people were like this as we would not have a debt in America....

So here is my promise to you Frank depending on a few things both known and unknown at present my car will be done in 3 years or less just to satisfy you. :Handshake cuz that is how I roll.
