Help needed

    Im in need of some help again. My Mav wont start after driving just a few minutes...I was considering that its my starter going out but not too shore...Also i know i am losing power somewhere but can seem to find out where. I thought it was my Fan at first but i havent plugged it in a while and my batter still wont get my car to start. any suggestion?:cry:

    Have you tried a known good battery? Sounds like a dead cell in your battery or something bad in the charging system.

    I did get the battery checked and the alternator ...They passed.

    A defective coil will get hot and quit doing its job. Electrical problems are hard to trouble shoot over the internet.

    Yep.....Coils can be fickle when they get hot...Also fuel pump or filter could be takin' a crap

    Won't crank over or won't start after running for a few minutes?

    The coil is less the 6 months old...but its on of the engine so i should check that...My next question is...If my alternator is not grounded..could these be a reason behind loss of power/electricity?

    Yep...gotta have a ground, so does the regulator. I run a wire to both

    I had a wire from the alternator to the regulator and the wire fried...So i never put one back on. should i just run a wire to my block? what gauge would work? I think i have 10 or 14 gauge wire some where.
