    I will try. I hope the weather stays nice and I can try next weekend. I keep the car a an RV storage lot in an enclosed trailer.

    Nice, love watching your car run. What part of Philly do you live? Here is a couple of pics of mine. It had a pump gas 347, high compression 363 this year.

    Yes, 1-3/4 with flanges for larger bolt pattern for AFR heads. I need to order another set, the front tubes are slightly damaged.

    caltracs with monoleafs,QA1's mounted behind the axle, & 28X10.5 hoosier dot quick time pros.

    Whats the backspacing and siz of your wheels?Im running almost the smae rear suspension and am workin on tryin to figureout the back spacing ima need

    rayg-151 ,Would you please give us the complete rundown on your previous pump gas 347 ? I cant help but be curious as I am currently in the process of putting one in my car. Thanks

    Also what company did you use to have the headers coated ,and how has the coating held up ?

    Wheel is 8' wide with 5-1/2 b/s, I had to open the wheel well and take a sledge hammer to the front tub area.

    dart block,3.400 stroke,11.3:1 flat tops,AFR 205's,super vic intake or parker funnel web (both ran the same et) 860 pro systems carb,solid roller 690 lift. 263/270 @ .050. The converter was stalling @6000rpm,I shifted at 7500 and trapped at 8000-8100. best et was 10.48 @ 3100 lbs.
    The exhaust was coated by jet-hot, they are 30 minutes from my house.
    quality is ok, the headers on my cougar are rusting after 3 years.
