wife's first car was a 6 cyl yellow Maverick. She had a V8 Cutlass Supreme when we met. Got to love bench seats and column shift for dating. Helping a buddy. Getting his tubbed, streetable quarter miler back on the road after decades. 71 Maverick, 302, original 3 speed floor manual, now a 4 speed. Looking for a source for parts for clutch linkage bushings. Info on a good source to call for Maverick parts would be much appreciated. He is in his 50s and not on computers. Has helped me out a lot when my arm was in and out of casts, pins, etc. for over a year with tranny swap, etc. (I have got a 69 GTO NOM nice driver, rescued a 71 Javelin 360 that sat for 20 years from being crushed, and a 74 RR from being parted out.) I would really like to help him get linked up with Maverick parts source he can call. I would love to see him get his Maverick back on the road. Thank you for any info.
Welcome to the forum Let us know which parts you are looking for. The parts are scarce but some have been reproduced in limited quantities. There are also pieces from the Mustangs that will work as well.
