    Is that a tri cote? I looked at some colors very close to that, but eliminated them because they were tricotes. I do like that color.

    im definately doing flat black tail panel and hood decals. thought about a dark charcoal to be a little differant. I havent descided on the side striping yet. I checked on the color dupont chromabase was a base-clear system no tricoat.

    Oh boy thats nice. Looks like expensive paint though. Those Tri coats can get a bit crazy. Hire a great painter.

    I like a matte black on the tail... its a more finished look than flat black in my opinion

    NOOOOOO!!!! that is the exact color and combo that i'm doing my 73 maverick. you must have read my mind or something and copied me lol.

    I'm doing that exact red as well as matte black front grille and rear with black stripes on from the hood to back and the side strips.

    very nice choice tho

    ahh man and there i thought i was gonna be the first ones with the combo haha.
    it doesn't hurt to have 2 of the same cars does it? maybe we'll differ on the interior.
