Hello everyone! My name is Faith. I bought my first Maverick back when I was in high school. It was a 73 Grabber, I bought it for $150.00. It was my first car I ever owned. My dad didn't want me to get it because it was a Ford. What does he know? In my opinion Fords are the best cars on the road today. I don't have any pictures of it but it was a dark green. I named it the Green Machine. Boy that thing would go in the snow. I had it for 3 years until my mom borrowed it and hit a pothole and totaled her. I was devastated. Now 25+ years later I'm about to buy another one . I have people in my ear all day long....you need a new reliable car, that things too old, blah, blah,blah!! . I'm just glad that I have this place to come to where people love and enjoy talking about their maves and comets. Thank You all for allowing me to join. Faith

I was just at Zurns this past weekend. There's a Comet in the Scranton Craigslist, but they want $4000. they paid $1600 some months ago. Says factory 4 speed, but we all know that isn't true.
