Crank question

    Ok I got my motor out and now im trying to crank it..i got my battery charger and tried to crank it but the starter wont move... Do i need to ground anything I dont know of???

    Are you trying to spin it with just the charger?...Don't think that'll work...Use a battery and the charger and ground the motor to the - side of the battery

    The mav is gone but i'm still here!
    On the front of the motor passenger side there is a ground bolt on the engine block, like Steam said ground that to the battery.
