72 rear seat belt

    Im trying to transfer seat belts from a 72 grabber. To a 71 maverick. But noticed there different types. Is the a way of removing the tabs from the 72. Or somewhere to buy new ones for 71.

    I think he means the tabs that the 72 rear seat belt retractors bolt too.....

    I have some of the tabs I have cut out of cars. Not sure if they will work for you. How different are the tabs?

    I can cut them out. Just didnt know if needed to. My 71 rear belts dont bolt on tabs. So i guess i will cut it out of 72. Then weld them into the 71. thank you now i have a plan
