There are alteast 3 different 1965 Mustang drum sizes between fronts and rears. You need to find out what drum size you need, then compare.
The diameter of the inside of the drum along with the width of the inside drum surface will tell you which size drums you have.
What i ment was where the rotor ( the shaft where the wheel bearings go ) fits on the spindle. So the shaft is different as well?
Now I'm confussed Rotor = disc brakes The fixed shaft that the wheel bearings slip onto is the spindle. We are talking about 65 drum to 72 drum, right?
My bad i ment drum. It doesn't matter now i just got them and the drums are 1 inch bigger than what i i have on their now. Back to the drawing board.
