Well, I live in the "Rust Belt" and this 4 door will be strictly driven in the "Driving Season"...it really is a show car....over 7K invested.....a "real looker"....so not a, although it can be a yearly daily driver.
4 doors are cool if you are dating a chick with 2 kids so i guess...IMO 2 doors are all you will ever need
Well, not dating a chick with kids, but do have a wife with 2 kids and 3 grandkids, so I guess the 4 doors will work.
more interior room, just as fun to drive, can look mean if you do the right things. They turn just as many heads generally are used for parts cars and don't have any significant value as a whole from what I've seen.
I am leaning towards getting her., so when I do I will let all know and I am sure you will recognize her...great car., I think I won't go wrong......should close the deal (if I decide) by Monday....we will see.
I've seen in an old forum post that there was a four door featured in a Hot Rod Mag....the post was back in 2007, so I am assuming it was a 2007 edition...any body know anything about he posting, year, month etc.
I see they "shaved" the handles....you have to look twice to see it is a four door., I was thinking of doing that if I pick up this one.
Jim Allen has a kick a$$ 4door, LDO, V8, Air...we went for a ride in it, a few years ago at the Round Up in Hannibal, it was 90 degrees outside, we were doing 75 mph on the highway, in total comfort with the windows up...There should be some pictures of it around here, the car is like new.

If you have a load to haul, then it works for you. Me? I see the four-door model as less than sexy. Contrary to this, I do think the black sedan does look great, but I would have no desire for it.
Just to show you how times are changing....reference to "Hot Cars". As one of the members pointed out....many of today’s "Hot Rides" are "Four Doors"....especially some of the foreign models and Chrysler has a very nice line of "Four Doors" that are considered "Sporty". Now don't get me wrong, I grew up and still prefer the "Two Doors"., but today’s younger generation (coming of driving age) are being indoctrinated to the “Four Door” as being “Sporty”, “Sexy” and the way to go . Just to prove a point, a friend of mine has a 15 year old. They (father and son) were talking about cars, and the boy said (remember now, don’t kill the messenger), anyway the boy said: “I like those new Mustangs, be nice if they made them in a “Four Door””. So who knows….few years from now, maybe these “Four Doors”, Mavericks, etc. will be the “New-Hot Rods”, or maybe I am just attempting to convince myself to pick this one up. Later.
I like the 4 doors much better today than in the past. I was raised in a time when 4 door cars were Dad's go to work car or Mom's grocery getter. Most I remember had 6 cylinder engines with automatics. My first car was a 4 door 1965 Ford Falcon, and I did drive it to school every day, but had a hard time making it look cool. Within a year, I had a 2 door 1965 Buick Skylark to replace it with. The kids today are being brought up around the 4 door car and the car companies have taken a whole different approch to styling and performance regarding these cars than back in my days.
