T5 cable pics needed

    1972 mercury comet with a maverick front end. It has a 1992 5.0 motor in it.
    Anybody have pics of their pedals and how the cable attaches and also pics of the cable at the tranny? Thanks

    Dereck did you weld that bar on the top of you pedal? That's what I was thinking of doing.

    Yup it was a trial thing and has worked flawlessly for 5 years.The best part is that i have $40 in the cable set up.It definately holds up to abuse

    It's a generic push/pull type cable.Similar to a shifter cable it's actually commonly used on heavy equipment to control loader valves,PTO's etc..There's a local company that custom makes them,they get their parts from FELSTEAD i belive.It was like $35.00.
