Is there any car clubs out in the Bay Area or South Bay? Or would anyone like to start one up let me know if you would. Bay Area Mavs and Comets stand up I've seen you out there.
Yeah, lots of mavericks in the bay area, you can tell from all the Craigslist ads (it's been slow lately). I met a couple guys when I sold some parts on Craigslist. I've thought about putting a mini meet together but my car is pieces right now..I could still make it in my buddy's mav though. I bet we could have the largest mini meet turnout out ever if we advertise right and get the word out,,,maybe before the end of the summer?
I'm still in the process of putting the motor/trans back in so I can go racing. My Maverick is not street legal so where ever it goes, it's sitting on the trailer................drag only car. I'd be more than happy to attend, but I don't drive it on the street.
