    I doubt white halos would be illegal considering some new cars come with them. In PA you're only allowed to have white or amber lights on the front of a vehicle, the blue or pink or purple or whatever will get you in trouble.

    look on the glass of a headlight... there is a DOT number. If it doesn't have that number, it's illegal even if it has the correct specifications. Remember when all headlights were round? Pre 1978 . Square headlight took forever to get approved in the USA. Run whatever ya can get away with... I live in Los Angeles with money grubbin coppers patroling everywhere.. :oops:
