As for the front you will need to replace the hub and drum assemble or with disc brakes you will need to replace spindles and rotor assemble.

The rear will need to be replaced from drum to drum. Axle housing and bearing size are smaller on 4 lug axle.

Or you could have your axles and drums redrilled

One consideration before you throw cash down on 4 lug wheels ask yourself if you want to do the front disk brake upgrade. disk = 5 lug

Like JDirt said, you can have 5 lug studs put in you rear axles. Don't know how much that would cost.

I have a 28spline 8inch 4 lug from a mustang in my 1970 maverick drag racing car that i run 12.22 @ 112mph with an aluminum head 302 and TCI C-4 and I have had this rearend in my car since 1987 and all I have done is put a mini spool in it and Pro Motive 4:11 ring and pinon and new axle bearings and drag race long strong wheel studs, so keep that 4 lug it's tough and there are all kinds of wheels for it as I have Centerlines on mine, my front is also 4 lug drum (my local drag strip has a 1/2 mile shut down after the finish) the front is 4 on 4 1/2 lug pattern and my rear axles are 4 on 100mm or 4 on 4 1/4.
bottom line it's a good rearend.
