I haven't been on here in a while, but I am still working the my Mavericks and Comet. I ended up winning the PSCA Championship in Limited Street last year, which was really cool. But, I broke 2 rods and destroyed the engine at the last race. They got rid of my heads up class, and our local track has been shut down so I have been slowly rebuilding without worrying about it too much. Finally finished rebuilding the motor.

Since then I finished putting a 5.0HO in my original 71 Grabber. It will be a street cruiser White with Red interior original 3 speed. It has all new suspension and painted engine compartment and undersurface. Just needs exterior paint and assembly. Can't wait to cruise it...hopefully by next summer!

    Still loving the Maverick/Comets!

Hey Erick. Glad to hear from you. Since SIR went to IHRA i have only been racing at Firebird on a limited schedule. Finished in the top 5 this year. Missed 1 race. Just not ready to get fully into it. Went to a car show In Pinetop, Az. last weekend instead of the ET Finals in Bakersfield. We'll see what happens next year. Take care.:)

Thanks Mavdog71! How have you been? You going to Knott's in the spring?

Bryant, I would love to get together, I am just so busy on the weekends with 3 kids in soccer and bike racing...it is rediculous. But, I usually have Friday afternoons available. You guys still go to Barona?
