Headers Question

    Is it possible to purchase headers for a 77 Maverick with a 302 Automatic column shift selector? I do not want to go to a floor shifter if possible.
    If so, can you give me the name of the manufacturer and perhaps the part number if available?

    The Doug Thorley shorty headers will work with a column shift.

    on my 73 I fit long headers by removing the multi linkage and welding two of the rods together and bent it to reach around the tubes. The shifter on the column dose not line up but I don't look at it much anyway.(it still feels the same when i shift.)

    Same way my 1971 was done but someone took time to measure it and it worked great.
