    Looking for 1973 Comet parts. I have a 1973 comet. I need a trunk lid, gas tank, front valance. ac/heat unit.

    The gas tank for 75-79 mav's are available from auto parts stores new. Got mine from Rockauto. Fits on an earlier year using longer strapbolts. Think comet's are the same as mav's for this part. Upgrades you from a 14 gallon to a 19 gallon tank too (y)
