    i think that those of us who are ABOUT to put insurance on thier mavericks should email them that we won't be using them because of this. i'm willing, i have no kids no reason not to use them and have TWO cars i'm going to insure next month.give me thier email and i'll send one off.

    It's probably more of a state regulation, they have to follow, more than their decision.

    Yes I can contest this and file for appeal through the commissioner of insurance. All of you may want to check your state's fine print regarding this.
