    stripped my old 250 of some parts before sending it to the scrapper - Goodbye 250 :wave:

    cleaned it up, gassed it up then went over and picked up Mike and went to the toy run at Summit...

    I will be too nerves melting the Peel and Seal on the other side. I don’t have much to remove…only got what the factory applied.

    starting to get cold in the shop so i wired up some 220V heaters and a new 40A plug for the Welder...then got to workin on the comet a bit..that aircraft paint remover is some nasty stuff, glad i wore a resp. will be getting under the car tomorrow to remove more grease and spray another section down with por-15.

    While taking off my right fender to start my winter chore of torque box and floor repair i ripped holes in my rocker and broke the bolt hole tabs of my fender. I'm guessing that everything was rusted up pretty darn good. So now i need a rocker and new fender or the rear lower portion of the fender.:mad:

    Did final sanding today, first degreaser wipe down and touched up a few little things I found, installed my antenna so it could be painted body color also.... (what you're gonna paint your antenna?:yikes:) :yup::D:16suspect:shhh::hmmm::coco::mischeif::rofl2:(y)

    I guess thats why they are no longer in business, that and he couldn't keep employees, trying to have them paint 5 cars a day!

    "I'll paint any car for $39.95". LOL I can still see the billboards.

    Sounds like Maaco. Guy at the local shop told me they have to process 16 cars a day to make a profit. They hire a bunch of youngsters to scuff and mask the cars.
