I have a 71 200 I6 with a 3 speed manual on the column and I want to put a 302 in while retaining the 3 speed manual on the column. I have heard that the 3 speed bellhousing will work from some, but others have said that the starter position is different heights. Will my 3 speed bellhousing work with a 302? I am not racing the maverick just cruising. That is what my 89 mustang is for, 8.81@154. :drive:
