    They can easily get in through the side cowl drains - I had a massive nest in my Maverick's cowl and air vents :cry:

    Holy smokes, It's about to warm up enough to chase down the valve train noise and I find out that none of the parts stores here stock engine parts for the 250. I'll have to order them and wait.

    Anti rattle clips installed, no more noise from the brakes! Bought a mechanics stethiscope to track down the valve train noise only to find no noise in park and idleing. I will find the noise!

    Sitting in park idleing, no noise. Driving down the road the noise comes back at that point where there isn't a load on the engine. If i'm climbing a hill, no noise, as the load eases off the noise gets louder. It sounds like the valves and lifters but ??????????????????????????? still not sure.
