It would be great if someone made them..............they make them for Mustangs and other cars..................maybe if I decide to put lexan windows in I'll try and come up with some to replace my originals.

I'm thinking there is a guy guy up around Cleveland making them for Mavericks. I thought someone had posted about him on here.

    Wow!, thanks.
I just called and talked with Scott and after I take some measurements and decide how I want to open the door and where to put the pull handle, then give him dimensions of the quarter panels................and for $250 I'll
have both doors and the quarter panels looking good.

Got the "new" leafs in the comet.. One sides all done, seems my u bolt decided to screw me over.. The nuts threads actually looked to have broke/ripped which binded it up on the u bolt and flattened a bunch of threads there.. (these are only 6 months old and were expensive) so I'm taking it in to where I got them in he morning.. They will have to sell ne a new nut and re-tap my u bolt.. Also worked on the quarter panel replacement a bit on the driver side, bout a hour more and it's ready for it's first layer of filler.. Also stripped paint off the rockers and got the 302'from the maverick ready for pickup.. Keeping the trans because....cause I can. Oh, also put on the heating duct stuff for a package tray dash I'll be putting in..busy day and I'm off work till Monday now :) tons of work will be doneeeee!

I had dual exhaust installed today. What a difference. 2 1/4 going to Dynomax super turbo
muffler with a H-pipe. They dump right behind the rear tires.
    Happy in Ventura CA.

Taking a breather.. The quarter panel patch project just took a bad turn.. Drivers side is coming out great and the valance gap is awesome (first time I put the valence up to it) turns out the other side I already finished, the repop style panel didn't have the same contour at the rear of it. The valence is 1/2" out and very noticeable so I now have to go back and cut out that part and hopefully just reshape it to make it work. So mad.

I think I'm at the point of maybe lighting it on fire..nothings going right.. I'm done for the day, hoped for primer maybe next weekend.. At the moment that's looking like it's 6 weeks away.
