Looking for parking brakes on explorer rears

    I believe there's a handful of people that have done the explorer 8.8 rear. Just looking for some ideas for the parking brake. Thanks

    all you need is a couple of u shaped cable clamps and the stock cables will connect.

    correct you clamp the cable to the arm on the explorer ebrake arm coming out of the backing plate

    You can cut the cable the same length as the Maverick's cable then thread it through your Maverick's outer shield and make a ball using the head from an allen head bolt. Drill a hole in the bolt head and thread the inter cable then silver solder them together. It will look factory when your done.
