    That's where I have my wires ran at the moment.. Right there on the pillar.. Mines a 5" though.. So fitment maybe an issue?

    that is a rocker switch to turn the gauges on in...show mode. when in the show mode the digital gauges scroll through their low to high perimeters...(200 MPH speedo)...:cool:

    Damnit..I'm really leaning towards that now...so much cleaner..& then my shift light can be put wherever..as it's way smaller..so busy though to do this..i do have a couple clusters though...and could just slowly work on it. I'm confused and it didn't take much.

    Mine is mounted on the a pillar just a little off the dash.. It's a 5" with shift light.. Looks great and doesn't get in the way at all

    Haha I do.... I can get a better picture tomorrow that shows a little more dash and the line of sight when sitting back.. For me this has been the best spot for one out of the way and mounts cleanly. Plus easily visible while driving.
