c4 or c5?

    Hi, guys in trying to find out what transmission i have.Im trying to replace my burned c4 with this built one but the but the torque converter dont fit it...its too big in the shaft,i have the numbers from the case RF-E2TP-7006-AA and the numbers from the pump are RF-EOAP-7A108-CA. It looks very similar to the c4 side by side. i tryed looking for a thread thats similar but didnt find one...thanks :hmmm:

    70 mav, 71 grabber, 73 Comet, 2004 f-250 crew cab diesel, 2001 f-250, 2004 explorer, 2007 Gold Wing trike.
    Some time in 70 they changed from a 24 spline input shaft to a 26 spline shaft. If you have a later tranny you also need to have the later torque convertor. Sorry not familiar with the numbers mber that starts with D0, or D4 for 70 or 74. :)

    found out it is a c5... need new converter.
